Sequentia’s mission is to make bioinformatics more accessible for everyone.

We designed an extensive range of powerful yet user-friendly  tools to enable users to perform their own data analysis quickly, effectively and affordably. Sequentia’s core business is bioinformatics in terms of consulting, NGS sequencing, training, data analysis, data interpretation and software development in Single-cell omics, Genomics, Epigenomics, Transcriptomics and Microbiomics. Since 2015 Sequentia has released 3 SaaS software for the analysis of omics data: AIR for transcriptomics, GINO for genomics, GAIA for metagenomics. Last year, Sequentia launched MICK (, the most evolved platform to use microbiome data in the health industry and medical practices.

We are recruiting a Bioinformatician to work as computational data analysts in our consultancy department. Her/his work will be based on the analysis of sequencing data from both biomedic and non-biomedic fields.
