Aqu\u00ed exploramos la relaci\u00f3n entre la remodelaci\u00f3n tridimensional de la cromatina en c\u00e9lulas germinales de rat\u00f3n y los cambios evolutivos en la estructura del genoma. Utilizando un an\u00e1lisis computacional integrativo exhaustivo, (i) reconstruimos siete genomas ancestrales de roedores analizando secuencias gen\u00f3micas completas de 14 especies representativas de los principales filogrupos, (ii) detectamos reordenamientos cromos\u00f3micos espec\u00edficos del linaje y (iii) identificamos la din\u00e1mica de las propiedades estructurales y epigen\u00e9ticas de las regiones de punto de ruptura evolutivo (EBR) a lo largo de la espermatog\u00e9nesis del rat\u00f3n. Nuestros resultados muestran que las EBR carecen de roturas de doble cadena del ADN mei\u00f3tico programadas (DSB) y cohesinas mei\u00f3ticas en los espermatocitos primarios, pero est\u00e1n asociadas en c\u00e9lulas postmei\u00f3ticas con sitios de da\u00f1o del ADN y regiones funcionales de interacci\u00f3n de largo alcance que recapitulan configuraciones cromos\u00f3micas ancestrales.
