High-throughput sequencing produces massive volumes of data that require sophisticated management before they can be interpreted. For many laboratories, the gap between “finishing a run” and “starting an analysis” is often filled with manual uploads and fragmented tools, which can create operational bottlenecks as volume grows.

Immediately following basecalling, the system captures FASTQ files and applies specialized quality-filtering optimized for long-read data.
This “Smart Bridge” then manages the secure, high-speed transfer of data via API to our analysis platform, triggering the microbiome workflow instantly. This architecture ensures:
